At Kaiivopets®, were committed to getting your pet’s wellness products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
This page outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery timelines, and policies.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to most locations within the continental United States (48 states).

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

We’re working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future — stay tuned!

2. Free Shipping

We're thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with trusted carriers such as

to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and do not include order processing time.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

During peak seasons, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

6. Potential Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

> Severe weather conditions (hurricanes, snowstorms, floods)
> Carrier processing delays
> Natural disasters
> Peak holiday shipping volume
> Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Kaiivopets® is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

> Checking around your delivery location
> Asking neighbors or household members
> Contacting your local carrier

Kaiivopets® is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package appears to be lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will help work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
