30-Day Pet Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If your pet doesn’t love the product or it doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact our support team and we’ll gladly help make things right. Trying something new for your pet should feel completely risk-free.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement product or a refund.

Our goal is to ensure every experience with us is a positive one.

First-Time Purchase & Fair Use

Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to give you complete confidence, especially when trying something new.

While we proudly stand behind every purchase, our satisfaction guarantee is primarily intended to help customers try a product for the first time with confidence. Refunds or adjustments for the same product may be limited after the initial purchase. That said, if you're a returning customer and encounter a genuine issue, please reach out—we're always here to listen and do our best to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the product and packaging, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Do I Need to Return the Product?

Because many of our products are consumable pet supplements and treats, we typically do not require you to return opened items.

In some situations, we may ask for photos or additional information to better understand the issue.

For unopened items, we may request a return depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Note: Original shipping fees and taxes (if any) are non-refundable. Non-returnable items include gift cards and promotional goodies.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund once it has been processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

This guarantee applies only to orders placed through our official website. To keep things fair for all customers, we reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of excessive, repeated, or suspicious refund activity.

Orders Purchased From Other Retailers

If you purchased our products through another retailer or marketplace, please contact that retailer directly for assistance with returns or refunds as they handle their own policies.
